Your First Visit

What to Expect When You Come In

We know that starting care with a new provider can feel uncertain. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you walk through our door.

01

Arrival & Check-In

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork. Our front desk team will greet you, verify your insurance, and get you settled comfortably.

02

Comprehensive Intake Evaluation

Your provider will conduct a thorough intake — reviewing your health history, current symptoms, prior treatments, and any imaging or records you bring. We take time to listen. Nothing is rushed.

03

Physical Examination

A detailed physical and orthopedic examination is performed to assess your range of motion, neurological function, postural alignment, and areas of pain or dysfunction.

04

Diagnosis & Treatment Plan

Based on the evaluation, your provider will explain their findings clearly, discuss your diagnosis, and outline a personalized treatment plan — including goals, timeline, and what each step involves.

05

Begin Treatment

In most cases, treatment begins on your very first visit. You will leave with a clear plan, scheduled follow-up appointments, and a provider who knows your case.
